Colonial Home Sales is holding an open house this weekend so community members can get a look at some homes that recently came on the market in Argos.
The event is being held at Colonial Court Mobile Home Park today from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney said that this event highlights the fact Argos offers reasonably priced housing options for individuals and families seeking a new place to live.
“They have several manufactured homes that are for larger families, like three bedrooms,” Mullaney explained, “like a modular and they’re having an open house this weekend and that’s affordable housing for Argos.”
There are four new homes that have never been lived in and one pre-owned listing that people will be able to tour. The homes feature modern designs and easy financing is offered.
