Marshall County police arrested an Argos man on Tuesday on suspicion of inappropriate sexual contact with an underage girl.
The complaint was investigated by officers who say their investigation revealed that 19-year-old Alan Dilts had illegal contact with an underage girl in the early morning hours on June 23 at a Marshall County home.
Dilts was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of child molestation as a Level 3 felony. Information has been sent to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges.
