Two Arrested Following Burglary Reports at Plymouth Businesses

Two people have been arrested in connection with a pair of burglaries at Plymouth businesses Wednesday morning. Plymouth Police say they got reports from Treat’s Squire Shop and Wellness 101 that someone had broken in and stolen items.

Investigators say video footage from other nearby businesses showed two males carrying the stolen property. Police say one was recognized from the video, while the other was identified after further investigation.

Both were reportedly found at the Skylane Apartments in Plymouth Thursday afternoon, but they allegedly jumped off the back deck of a second-floor apartment, as police were talking to the tenant. Jermaine Stanley-Martin, 20, and a juvenile, both of Plymouth, were eventually arrested, according to police.

Officers say most of the stolen property was recovered Friday morning at a home in the 1300 block of West Jefferson Street.
