It is the goal of the River Gate South developer to have renters in one of the three apartment complexes this year in Plymouth.
According to Marshall County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Jerry Chavez, Scott Sivan is working toward the goal of finished units for rent soon. The buildings are taking shape with floor plans that are unique to each apartment.
Chavez told the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members this week that hard hat tours will be offered to invited officials at the end of June or at the beginning of July. Appreciation tours by those who helped mold the project into reality will be held closely thereafter.
The River Gate South housing project consists of three apartment buildings at the corner of Michigan Street and Lake Avenue in Plymouth.
