The opening day event for the Culver Farmers’ Market is here!
The market will be open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. today at Culver Town Park, weather permitting. A variety of vendors will be onsite with some organic produce, artisan crafts and goodies and a plethora of other items to peruse.
The musical duo Twins at Play may also be making an appearance. According to the band’s website, performers Kelly and Cindy specialize in Celtic, classical and contemporary music utilizing instruments such as the piano, the flute and the lever harp.
From now on, the Culver Farmer’s Market will be set up every Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and every Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in Culver Town Park, located at 819 East Lake Shore Drive.
