Plymouth Man Arrested for Public Intoxication, After Allegedly Stumbling Up to Police Car

A Plymouth man was arrested for public intoxication early Saturday, after allegedly stumbling up to a police car and partially lying down on the hood. Plymouth Police say it happened around 1:18 a.m. at the Plymouth Police Station.

Officers say Raul Armando Lopez Alvarado, 29, was unable to stand on his own and was having trouble communicating. He was arrested and taken to St. Joseph Hospital for medical clearance.
