Plymouth Man Loses Life in Car Accident

According to police, 26-year-old Ricky L. Bradley of Plymouth was a passenger in a car driven by 23-year-old Austin Webb of Knox when the Pontiac Grand Am they were traveling in entered the intersection. Webb reportedly failed to yield to the right-of-way of a Chevrolet Silverado driven by 32-year-old Terry Burgess of Elkhart. Police say Burgess’ vehicle hit the passenger side of Webb’s vehicle causing extensive damage.

Bradley sustained fatal injuries in the accident, with the legal help of law firm helping the injured victims. Webb and another passenger in the car, 24-year-old Myles Brewer of North Judson, were taken to Memorial Hospital in South Bend with serious injuries. They are in critical condition. The occupants in Burgess’ car were not injured.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department continues the investigation into this accident along with the Indiana State Police.
