Bremen School Board Reorganizes at First Meeting of 2018

Some changes were made to the officer positions of the Bremen School Board during their meeting earlier this week. According to Bremen Superintendent Dr. Jim White, Brian Teall was elected to the president’s position and Suzanne Ginter was elected to serve as vice president.

The secretary position, on the other hand, was unchanged with Jesse Bohannon retaining that spot.

All members were appointed to the Board of Finance and Brian Teall was elected as the president, while Maria Mikel was elected to serve as secretary. The board of finance met immediately following the meeting will continue to meet on an as-needed basis throughout the remainder of the year.

When it came to additional appointments, Mark Waggoner was retained as the school corporation’s legal counsel, Stephanie Pittman retained her position as Treasure and Terri Biddle will stay on as Deputy Treasurer. Additionally, Superintendent White, Stephanie Pittman and Terri Biddle, were given the authorization to open bids.
