

Two men were arrested Sunday after police reportedly found cocaine following a traffic stop.
Shortly after midnight Sunday, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a 2008 black Dodge Charger in the Walmart parking lot in Plymouth. The driver, 29-year-old Angel Fernando Ruiz-Flores, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was reportedly found to have never possessed a driver’s license.
Police say the passenger, 27-year-old Luis Carlos Ulloa-Torres, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, was asked to exit the vehicle so the vehicle could be impounded. As Ulloa-Torres exited the car, the officer noticed a clear baggie containing eight individual baggies of cocaine weighing a total of 7.4 grams, according to the report. He was also allegedly found to have cocaine in his possession.
Ruiz-Flores was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing in cocaine, possession of cocaine and driving without ever receiving a driver’s license. Ulloa-Torres was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing in cocaine and possession of cocaine. They each have a cash bond of $50,005.
