Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested five people after executing an arrest warrant Wednesday night.
According to police, an officer arrived at an apartment in the 500 block of W. Jefferson Street and found the suspect inside along with four other people. Officers reportedly found heroin inside the apartment along with methamphetamine and syringes. All five people were taken into custody.
Pamela Bobby, 54, of Plymouth, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for outstanding fines and costs in addition to preliminary charges of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, methamphetamine and paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.
John Bobby, 52, of Plymouth, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a schedule I controlled substance and unlawful possession of a syringe.
Ann Bradley, 39, of Knox, was arrested on preliminary charges of false informing, unlawful possession of a syringe and visiting a common nuisance. She also had an active warrant out of Starke County.
Samuel Ford, 51, of Plymouth, was arrested on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine.
Steven Taylor, 48, of Plymouth, was arrested on a preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by officers from the Plymouth Police Department.
