A La Paz man was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 21 following a report of domestic battery.
Deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office say they were notified of the alleged incident around 5 p.m. Deputies and troopers from the Indiana State Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of Vandalia Avenue in La Paz after receiving the call.
Police say an investigation led to the arrest of 53-year-old Mark Dewayne Butler on preliminary charges of domestic battery, dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
