Bremen Police Arrest Three in Separate Incidents

Bremen police officers made several arrests over the weekend on a variety of charges.

A South Bend man was arrested Friday after police say a civil complaint was filed with police just after 10 p.m. on E. Plymouth Street. Joshua D. Gay, 36, was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and criminal mischief.

A traffic stop early Sunday morning at Montgomery Street and Plymouth Street resulted in the arrest of Teijhaun X. D. Skelton, 22, of Portage. He has a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana under 30 grams.

On Sunday afternoon, 62-year-old Dale L. Watson, of Bremen, was arrested on an active warrant. Police say the incident occurred at 419 N. Indiana Street. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on charges of operating vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more, operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance in the body, leaving the scene of an accident and disregarding a stop sign.
