The Plymouth Police Department and emergency responders were called to a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 30 west of Oak Drive in Plymouth around 6:14 p.m. Tuesday.
According to police, Michael O’Hara, 57, of Etterik, Wisconsin, was driving his vehicle westbound on U.S. 30 when a vehicle traveling eastbound crossed the median, entered the westbound lane and collided with O’Hara’s vehicle. That vehicle then stopped in the ditch area on the north side of the road.
The driver of the second vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver’s name has not yet been released. The accident remains under investigation.
