Two Arrested on Meth Charges, After Marshall County Police Serve Felony Warrants

Two people face meth-related charges, after Marshall County Police attempted to serve two felony arrest warrants Friday. Officers say it happened just before 1:00 p.m. at a home in the 11100 block of 12th Road.

Police say Mark Bradley Howard, 34, resisted arrest, leading to a short foot pursuit. Howard was taken into custody, but not before being tasered, according to police. Officers believe he had several grams of methamphetamine in his possession.

Daniel Otis Wagers was also at the home, according to police. He was reportedly found to be in possession of syringes and methamphetamine.

Both of them were taken to the Marshall County Jail. After that, Marshall County Police say they executed a search warrant, which reportedly turned up more narcotics and illegal items.
