Multiple prostitution charges have landed a man in the Marshall County Jail. Jim Irwin was arrested on five charges, according to jail staff.
They include Promoting Prostitution, two charges of Patronizing a Prostitute, Dealing in a Controlled Substance, and Dealing in a Substance Represented to be a Controlled Substance.
