A drug tip led to the arrest of three people in Plymouth for dealing in marijuana.
Troopers with the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section received information from the Illinois State Police about a possible marijuana deal in Plymouth. Police set up surveillance at the location and arrested those allegedly involved.
Police say they seized nearly 20 pounds of high-grade marijuana, eight pounds of marijuana butter, 50 marijuana-laced cookies, and $30,000 in cash. The street value of the items seized total approximately $75,000.
Richard McCalvin, 42, of Argos, John McCalvin, 65, of Tallahassee, Florida and Karen Sulay, 61, of California were booked in the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of dealing marijuana as a Level 5 Felony.
