Crews from the Indiana Department of Transportation will perform chip seal work and fog seal operations on State Road 23 between Industrial Parkway in North Liberty and Tyler Road in Walkerton. That portion of the highway will be closed to through traffic on Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18. The work is dependent on the weather and it may be delayed if conditions aren’t conducive for construction work.
During working hours, southbound drivers on State Road 23 will be detoured west on State Road 4, southeast on State Road 104, east on U.S. 6 and back to State Road 23. Northbound drivers will use the reverse route.
