Drivers can expect lane closures on State Road 17 between State Road 14 in Fulton County and State Road 10 in Marshall County beginning Tuesday, July 18.
The Indiana Department of Transportation crews will repair and repave sections of the road for restoration. This work is anticipated to continue through the first part of August.
State Road 17 will be open to all through traffic, but restricted to one lane in both directions. There could be delays during this process. Motorists are urged to allow extra time for travel during this construction project.
INDOT reminds drivers to pay close attention to flaggers directing traffic and signs guiding motorists around road work. Follow the posted speed limits and watch for workers and equipment.
