The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where bids will be opened for the renovation of the city building.
The project includes construction of improvements and expansion of the city office at 124 N. Michigan Street including the clerk-treasurer’s office, mayor’s office, city attorney’s office and the council chambers.
The members will also open bids for the Richter Road water main extension project and award a bid for an ambulance chassis.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will appoint a RFP review team for the Hoham Drive project and open letters of interest for the project. City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present an update on Marshall County’s wetland mitigation and a request to ratify an executive order restricting Garro Street parking near the Mayor’s Office and the alley.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m.
Immediately following this meeting, the Plymouth City Council members will meet where they will consider a salary ordinance amendment for police officers. They will also discuss the proposed voluntary annexation of 1715 Lake Ave. and consider two additional appropriation resolutions.
Both meetings will be held in the council chambers at 124 N. Michigan Street. Those interested in attending the meeting are encouraged to use the Garro Street entrance.
