Plymouth Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds asked the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members to affirm a demolition order for 1101 W. LaPorte Street.
Hammonds said two orders have been sent out to the owner, Snyder Real Estate, LLC, to demolish the structure. He mentioned that the roof is caving in and the walls are bowed out. He noted that it is an unsafe structure and needs to be removed for safety reasons.
The members unanimously affirmed the demolition order.
