Another attraction this year during the Yellow River Festival is a fan favorite: food.
Several new selections have been added to satisfy hunger during the two-day event. La D’zert Café will be a new vendor this year offering cupcakes and soft drinks. Another new food vendor this year is Poppin’ Off Popcorn from Knox. Thirty-three varieties of popcorn will be available for sampling and purchase.
Las Palmas will return with Mexican food choices along with Chubby Buddies BBQ, Mini Donuts, Ben’s Soft Pretzels, and Tom’s Tasty Taters with Walleye fish. The boy scouts and volunteers from the Yellow River Festival will also have some items available to purchase as a fundraising effort for their organizations.
In addition to the expanded choices of food this year, the Yellow River Festival allows residents to enjoy living history, music, art, and crafts.
The event begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 3 and will close for the day at 6 p.m. The festival will resume at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 4 until 3 p.m. in River Park Square in Plymouth. For a complete festival guide, visit yellowriverfestival.com.
