The Marshall County Community Foundation is accepting its second round of applications for grants in 2017. Applications will be accepted until 4:30 pm on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
The grant money awarded will help support specific projects or programs throughout the county, focusing primarily on arts, education, health and human services, recreation and the environment.
Organizations qualifying must have 501(c)(3) IRS status or have 501(c) IRS status with the intent to use the money for start-up cost for new programs or the expansion of needed programs, or a one-time project or need.
In the Spring 2017 grant round, $122,588 was awarded to twenty-two organizations in the county.
