As part of the Culver Lions Club’s participation in the 100th Anniversary of the International Lions Club Convention, the organization is collecting new white tube socks to distribute to those who are homeless.
The distribution will take place during the convention in Chicago.
Donations may be given to a club member directly or they can be dropped off at the Culver Depot. A collection container will be available under the awning. Lions Club members will also be available at the Culver Farmer’s Market on Saturday where donations will be accepted.
Collections will be taken until Wednesday, June 28.
