The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will award bids and ratify an executive order when they meet tonight.
Bids were opened for microsurfacing projects and the street and sidewalk projects at the last meeting. City Engineer Rick Gaul asked to take those bids under advisement until tonight’s meeting to make sure all of the paperwork is in line with specifications.
An executive order was recently signed that restricts the placement of small cell towers. That order is expected to be ratified tonight.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m., or directly following the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, the Plymouth City Council will meet. City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present an update on the city office renovation project, as well as an ordinance to establish the Plymouth Redevelopment Authority.
A resolution to amend the economic development plan for the U.S. 30/Oak Road Economic Development Area will also be considered.
Both meetings will convene in the council chambers in the city building. Those interested in attending the meetings are asked to use the Garro Street entrance.
