Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and Plymouth City Police Department conducted a drug investigation after emergency responders were called to the RedRock Inn for a possible overdose on Tuesday night.
When emergency crews arrived at the scene, one man was treated for a possible overdose, according to police. An investigation was then initiated by county and city police. Officers say narcotics were found inside the room and four people were arrested following that discovery.
Christopher Allen Fields, 43, of North Judson and James William Bailey, 27, of Plymouth were booked into the Marshall County Jail on charges of dealing in a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, and visiting a common nuisance with a $20,000 cash bond.
Plymouth residents Steven Lee Cogswell, 23, and Jacqueline Poull, 25, were both booked on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance with a $3,000 cash bond.
