A Plymouth faces burglary charges after police responded to a report of a break-in that was in progress at a downtown business late Monday night. They responded to Bowen Printing at 200 S. Michigan Street just after 11:30 p.m. The first officer to arrive found 23-year-old Austin G. Ricks of Plymouth about to get onto a bicycle on the west side of the building.

He was detained while Plymouth and Indiana State Police checked the building. No other suspects were located. The officers determined forcible entry was made through the front door. Ricks was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
