The Culver School Board is now accepting applications for a new superintendent. Board members have been working with the Indiana School Boards Association to help with the search process.
Interim Superintendent Chuck Kitchell says the position has been advertised, and they’ve already heard back from a few candidates. “We have received a few applications,” he says. “We’re taking applications through February 6, so we really have about another month yet, while we’ll be taking applications.”
The school corporation plans to have a new superintendent in place by July 1. Kitchell will retire at the end of June.
The application can be found on the Indiana School Boards Association website.
