A joint investigation by DCS and the Plymouth Police Department resulted in the arrest of four adults at a Plymouth motel on Thursday.
They responded to room 242 of the Economy Inn around noon and found four children with no adults present, according to the incident report. The officers went to room 209 in search of the father and found four men inside, along with a green leafy substance and a white powdery substance.
The four men, 36-year-old Thomas Quinn, Jr. of Plymouth; 18-year-old Christopher Rice of Plymouth; 26-year-old James Michael, Jr. of Plymouth; and 26-year-old Robert Adams of Plymouth; all face possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana charges.
