A Rochester man faces multiple charges in Marshall County following an early morning accident Saturday south of Argos. It happened around 2:30 on Michigan Street, south of the railroad tracks, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver, 22-year-old Caleb Levi Turnipseed, reportedly fled the scene but was later located and arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, O.V.W.I. with a BAC greater than .15 percent and leaving the scene of an accident.
