An additional tax abatement for Faulkner Fabricating will be discussed during this morning’s Marshall County Council meeting. The Bourbon-area business was granted a 10-year property tax abatement last year to help the company expand its building and add new jobs.
During this morning’s meeting, the council will also consider a request from the Town of Bourbon regarding financial support for fiber Internet. In other business, the council will hear the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation’s annual report from president and CEO Jerry Chavez. The report was given to the Marshall County Commissioners last week.
This morning’s Marshall County Council meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Marshall County Building.
