Marshall County officers arrested an Argos man in the early hours on Sunday after it was discovered he was driving a stolen car.
Marshall County and Bourbon Police were called to the 3-thousand block of 17th road in reference to an individual knocking on resident’s doors asking for gasoline. While on scene, police located 18-year-old Richard LaFrance and a 2004 Cadillac.
After a bit of investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen. LaFrance was also allegedly found to be in possession of a syringe. He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.
He is facing Possession of Stolen Property charges.
