Plymouth Police have arrested three on drug-related charges.
The arrests came following a Monday evening incident at Martin’s Supermarket. Officers were dispatched to the location after an off-duty police officer spotted a theft suspect. A foot pursuit ensued. The suspect, 26-year-old Michael Pinkerton was eventually located at Casey’s General Store inside a black passenger car.
According to an incident report, officers could see meth making materials in plain view through the window of the car. An investigation revealed that the passengers, 20-year-old Tanner Mill, and 19-year-old David McConnell II were in possession of meth precursors.
Pinkerton is facing charges of Theft while all are facing charges of Possession of Precursors and Possession of a Drug Lab.
All three were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
