Marshall County Police have arrested a Georgia man on prescription drug charges.
According to an incident report, a traffic stop was conducted just before 5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of US 31 and 11th Road. During the incident, officers say they arrested 19-year-old Richard Gonzalez-Lara.
He is being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Doctor’s Order. Marshall County Police noted that the schedule violations being broken may be Schedule I through IV.
