Marshall County Community Corrections Partners with Bank for Financial Literacy Program

moneyMarshall County residents have the chance to learn some financial management tips, thanks to a program being offered by Marshall County Community Corrections and WoodForest National Bank. According to Community Corrections, the Money Matters program aims to give people the resources to build or rebuild their financial independence.

It will cover topics such as budgeting, saving, building and fixing credit, and managing a checking and savings account.

The first presentation in the three-part series will take place this evening from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Plymouth Public Library’s Jim Neu Reading Room. The program is being offered free of charge.
