A Plymouth man has been arrested following an altercation at the Red Rock Inn on Sunday.
Officers responded to the business in the 2500 block of North Michigan Street just before 4:00 a.m. It was reported at the time that a man was yelling inside the motel.
Investigators were initially led to believe an altercation took place inside one of the rooms. Police knocked on the door to room 128 to interview the subjects. There it was learned that some individuals at the scene were involved in a fight.
26-year-old Otho Pulluaim was arrested on charges of Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Strangulation. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on Sunday.
