Two Rochester residents are in jail, following a narcotics investigation. Members of the CLEAN Team, a collaborative police effort fighting narcotics in Fulton and Miami Counties, executed a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of West 11th Street.
Inside, officers allegedly found methamphetamine, marijuana, and syringes. They say they also found several police scanners and an outside camera.
Two of the home’s residents, Traci Norman, 44, and Brittany Harper, 27, were arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine. Norman also faces charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana, while Harper is also charged with possession of paraphernalia.
