Plymouth Police attempted to serve an arrest warrant late last week, but wound up with quite a bit more.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of West Jefferson Street on Friday to provide 40-year-old Joshua Manns of Plymouth. While at the residence, officers say they noticed the smell of narcotics.
Following their appearance at the residence, a search warrant was sought for the property and was executed a short time later. According to information provided by the Plymouth Police Department, illicit substances were allegedly located.
Manns and 29-year-old Jolene Eubanks are facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Marijuana.
Three children at the residence were put into the custody of the Department of Family Services.
