Add a couple more names to the list of candidates for political office in Marshall County.
The latest release from the Marshall County Clerk’s office indicates that Steven Heim will now be challenging Bill Cleavenger for the Treasurer’s seat.
Another name has also been added to the Surveyor’s race. Earlier this week, it was announced that Rex Gilliland and Dennis Morrison were vying for the seat. Now Don Heckford has put his name on the list of candidates seeking the office.
So far, no other names have been added to the list of candidates for seats on the Marshall County Board of Commissioners or the Marshall County Council.
Candidates have a deadline of February 5th at Noon to file their candidacy.
