The Town of Argos will once again be holding a decorating event during the holiday season.
Members of the Argos Town Council voted unanimously at a recent meeting to conduct the Outdoor Christmas Lighting and Decorating Contest. The friendly competition is open to all Argos residents. This year, however, the Town of Argos has added a separate business category.
Prize money is available for residential winners.
Judging for the competition will take place the weekend of December 12th and 13th. For those skeptical of any bias in the evaluation process, rest assured, the Town of Argos says an anonymous, non-resident will judge the decorations.
The winners of the decorating contest will be December 16th.
