Enjoy new art from local and regional artists tomorrow at the Heartland Artists Juried Regional Art Exhibit. Works will be on display through Oct. 30, but tomorrow the gallery is hosting a meet the artists’ open house. Curator Carrolyne Babcock says it’s a very eclectic show.
“We have people from all over Northern Indiana, some from Ohio, Michigan, even Illinois at times. We have a beautiful display of all different kinds of media and artwork, so there’s something for everyone. No matter what you’re interested in, whether it’s landscapes, abstract – we have everything.”
Babcock adds the gallery is a great place to find unique treasures.
The open house takes place from 1 until 4 p.m. Various awards, many of which are underwritten by local business owners and individuals, will be presented at 3.
