United Way Volunteers Set to Canvass Marshall County

Teams of United Way volunteers are set to canvass Marshall County in the coming days. They’re putting the campaign theme “Together We Can, Marshall County” into action by visiting retail businesses in Argos, Bourbon, Bremen, Culver and Plymouth. The goal for the 2015 campaign is $550,000. Officials say all of the money stays in Marshall County and is used to help build stronger communities.

United Way of Marshall County supports 24 member agencies. They provide services and programs across the county and special initiatives like Project Lead The Way, Kindergarten Countdown and the Marshall County Career Success Coalition.

United Way volunteers will be in the Plymouth area on Monday, September 21, in Argos, Bourbon and Culver on Tuesday and in Bremen and LaPaz on Wednesday.
