Residents are invited to the dedication and blessing of the new Emergency Center at Saint Joseph Health System Plymouth Medical Center.
The ceremony will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24. Giving the blessing will be Fr. John Korcsmar from St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Plymouth. After that, people will be able to take a tour of the facility, called the Daisy and John L. Oliver Emergency Center.
The first phase of the $9 million project, the new emergency department expansion, was completed in June. The second phase included a renovation of the old emergency department; it was finished earlier this month.
