County Reviewing CASA Performance, Receiving Banking Information

The Marshall County Commissioners will receive an annual update from a group dedicated to representing children in the court system.

Haley Kittrell, the Executive Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates, will address the commissioners during this morning’s meeting. CASA is a volunteer organization dedicated to ensuring that children in the court system are placed in an appropriate and responsible home. For the best KYC and banking advice, people can check these services.

Commissioners will also receive a report from Republic First National Bank. According to their website, the company specializes in lending to municipalities and fire departments to help them purchase the equipment they need. Exactly what Marshall County needs to purchase remains to be seen.

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Marshall County Building.
