
A Plymouth school received a surprise last minute bid on their student-built dog house. An 89-year-old former teacher living in Fulton County made a $375 bid on the doggy domain built by a group of fifth graders from Riverside Intermediate in Plymouth.
Though the donor doesn’t own a dog herself, she regularly contributes to charities involving children and chose to remain anonymous in order to highlight the hard-work of the elementary school children. Proceeds from the sale were donated to the Marshall County Humane Society yesterday.
