The Marshall County Commissioners will meet this morning with several business items up for discussion.
Joe Edwards with SRI, Inc. will appear to explain the process of a certificate sale. Treasurer Deb Vandemark told the commissioners previously that several properties have not sold in the county’s tax sale that have been up for sale for many years. The certificate sale would be a way to get the properties back on the tax rolls.
Sheriff Tom Chamberlin will have commendations to present and Roger Kottlowski from Commonwealth Engineers will discuss the mill pond dam. The commissioners will have the third and final reading of an ordinance regarding setbacks at Pretty Lake and they will discuss a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Plymouth and the county for services provided by the plan director.
The meeting is set to begin at 9:30 a.m. ET in the second floor meeting room in the Marshall County Building in Plymouth.
