The annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade of Lights Celebration in Downtown Plymouth and River Park Square is this Friday Nov. 28. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. ET where you can listen to sounds of local choirs singing holiday jingles. The Parade of Lights begins at 6:00 with Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving at the end. You can greet Santa at the Marshall County Historical Museum until 8:00 p.m. Then watch the lighting of the Plymouth Christmas Tree, located next to Bowen Printing, from N. Michigan Street or on E. LaPorte Street behind AnyThyme Herbs. Many downtown merchants will be open for anyone interested in shopping during the festivities. Families are welcome to join the celebration in Historic Downtown Plymouth.
