A hearing was held over a waiver of non-compliance form submitted by DAC Enterprise during Monday night’s Plymouth City Council meeting.

As previously, reported DAC Enterprise submitted compliance documents to county officials past the deadline. In order for the company’s tax abatement to be processed for this year, a waiver of non-compliance form had to be approved by the city council. Continue reading →
