A man wanted for auto theft may now face some additional charges, following a traffic stop Sunday night near Bourbon. Marshall County Police say it happened shortly after 9:00 Sunday night in the area of U.S. 30 and State Road 331.
Tippecanoe Men Arrested, After Suspected Meth Found during Traffic Stop

A Thursday morning traffic stop led to the arrest of two Tippecanoe men. Marshall County Police say it happened around 12:45 a.m. near the intersection of Center Street and State Road 331.
Bourbon-Area Crash Leads to Arrest
A semi versus passenger truck crash near Bourbon ended with the arrest of one of the drivers. Bourbon Police say they were called to the 14600 block of State Road 331 around 6:00 p.m. Friday for an accident with unknown injuries.
Road Work on State Road 331 to Begin Monday
Chip seal work will close a section of State Road 331 between Bourbon and State Road 25 in Marshall County beginning on Monday.
Chip sealing helps preserve the existing road surface by protecting it from moisture, ultraviolet degradation, and other damaging exposures.
INDOT officials say the work will continue through Friday, June 16, but that timeline may adjust due to weather.
INDOT Schedules Repairs to State Road 331
Drivers who travel between Bremen and Mishawaka will need to plan a new route for the next several weeks. Starting Monday, INDOT will close State Road 331 between U.S. 6 and the U.S. 20 bypass to remove old asphalt, patch and repair areas of the road. They will also resurface the 11.5 mile stretch in order to completely restore it. Continue reading
