The State of Indiana has awarded more than $14 million in this year’s round of Secured School Safety grants. The program provides a 50-50 match to help schools buy security equipment, hire resource officers, or conduct threat assessments.
Five Arrested, Following Plymouth Drug Investigation
A drug investigation in Plymouth led to the arrests of five people Friday morning. Officers from the Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police Department, and the Marshall County Drug Task Force say they served a search warrant at 212 Monroe Street. Police say they had gotten complaints about possible drug activity at the home, which is close to St. Michael Catholic School.
