Former Marshall County resident Timothy Borsa was among thirty-two probationary troopers from the 77th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy who were issued their state police cars earlier this week. The cars were presented during a ceremony on Tuesday at the Indiana State Police Youth and Education and Historical Center in Indianapolis.
The officers recently completed a three month field training period with veteran troopers along with 917 hours of structured training in law enforcement techniques at the ISP Recruit Academy. Continue reading
